Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping worldwide. Orders are shipped to the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, and India. Delivery times vary slightly depending on the destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time depends on your location:

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page.

What if the item I want is sold out?

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Visit our Refund Policy for complete details.

Who pays for return shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders. However, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover the cost and provide a prepaid return label.

How do I request a return?

Go to our Return Center and enter your order number and email to start your request. Once approved, you’ll receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions.
