Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Return window: 30 days from delivery for eligible items.

At Casual Flow Shop, we want you to love your purchase. While we offer Free Shipping on all outbound orders, please note that return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. No need to call us — all returns are handled through our online Return Center.

1. How to Initiate a Return

Start your return here:

  • ✅ Visit our Return & Exchange Center.
  • ✅ Enter your order number and email address.
  • ✅ Select the item(s) to return and submit your request.
  • ✅ Once approved, you’ll receive an RMA and shipping instructions (or a prepaid label if applicable).

Do not ship items back without an approved RMA.

2. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • ❌ Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • ❌ Custom or personalized products
  • ❌ Personal care / hygiene items
  • ❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • ❌ Sale items and gift cards

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • 🔁 Change of mind / size / color: custumer pays return shipping.
  • 🛠️ Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we provide a prepaid return label (free return).
  • 🚫 No restocking fees.
  • ❗ Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as stolen are not eligible for refunds. Please file a claim with your local carrier.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

  1. Request the exchange via the Return Center Window
  2. Once approved, you’ll get your RMA and instructions.
  3. Fastest option: return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Refund Options & Timeline

  • Refund issued to original payment method or store credit (if available).
  • After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank/card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may return an item within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase required. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
