Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Casual Flow Shop, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a clear return and exchange policy. Please note: while we provide Free Shipping on all outbound orders, return shipping is paid by the customer except when the item is defective or incorrect.

1. How to Initiate a Return

Start your return here:

  • βœ… Go to our Return & Exchange Center.
  • βœ… Enter your order number and email address.
  • βœ… Select the item(s) to return and submit your request.
  • βœ… Once approved, you’ll receive an RMA and shipping instructions (or a prepaid label if applicable).

Do not ship items back without an approved RMA.

2. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags.
  • Proof of purchase required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • ❌ Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • ❌ Custom or personalized products
  • ❌ Personal care / hygiene items
  • ❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • ❌ Sale items and gift cards

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • πŸ” Change of mind / size / color: Customer pays return shipping.
  • πŸ› οΈ Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we provide a prepaid return label (free return).
  • No restocking fees.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

  1. Request the exchange via the Return Center.
  2. Upon approval, you’ll get your RMA and instructions.
  3. Fastest option: return for refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Refund Options & Timeline

  • Refund to original payment method or store credit (if available).
  • After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank/card issuer may need extra time to post the funds.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off

EU customers may return an item within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase required. Return postage in these cases is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
