1. How to Initiate a Return

2. What Items Are Eligible for Return?

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards


4. Return Shipping

  • For all orders (Domestic & International), we provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with detailed shipping instructions.
  • Return shipping is FREE if the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it immediately and notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Exchanges

✔️ We allow exchanges for eligible items.
✔️ Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped.
✔️ The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the replacement.
  3. Once we accept the return, we’ll process the new order.

7. Refund Options

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to return an item within 14 days for any reason.
✔️ The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✔️ Proof of purchase is required.
